After extensive research and listening to our customer feedback the Friendly Water website has recently undergone a vast overhaul. Much of the content has been revised and improved so that it is more informative and even more relevant to the user.
A significant change for example is adding our Review & Comparison Page. At Friendly Water we understand the need for choice when it comes to improving a property and installing a water softener. We pride ourselves on offering a range of water softeners to suit different individual's needs. We also understand that the general public look to reviews for guidance, so we have developed our own as an independent supplier.
We have also designed and completed the following:
A more user friendly and simple navigation.
A Package Deals page where we offer packaged products to our customers. They are designed to give breadth of choice and value for money whilst fulfilling customer’s needs.
A section dedicated to Specialists Taps.
Updated Drinking Water and Commercial Services sections.
A convenient Ask The Experts forum for when a user has a question whilst researching.
A Trade & Developers section for trade users and customers has also been implemented which includes Sales and Technical Literature.
Updated links to all our associations, including Surrey Trading Standards and Checkatrade where we now have 387 feedback reports with an average of 9.7 out of 10 score!
