Hague Water Softener up to 6-Months old visit schedule: Every 24 Months, £5.00 per month by direct debit
Hague Water Softener up to 6-Years old** visit schedule: Every 24 Months, £11.00 per month by direct debit

At 2 Years Old: Your monthly payment increases from £5.00 to £11.00. This rate applies to equipment that is up to 10 years old.
At 10 Years Old: Your monthly payment increases from £11.00 to £15.00. This rate applies to equipment that is up to 15 years old.

**ONLY offered / available following a fully paid service or an in-warranty repair.

So if the softener is not registered from new and is under six years old, it can be accepted onto the extended warranty program following a paid for service visit. If it is over 6 years old, then it is not eligible.
