All filter systems stop working if they are not properly maintained!
This sounds a bit alarmist but it is true. In fact some filter systems will start to dump the removed contaminants back in to the water if they are not maintained.
At Friendly Water we work hard to make sure the maintenance and replacement of filters is easy for our customers. We change filters in your home without any additional charge and we proactively contact you when the cartridge is due for replacement.
